Adam Royer

Adam Royer is the founder of Bold Retirement Group. Born and raised in Topeka Kansas, he served in the Marine Corps infantry and as a police officer before working with leading financial advisory firms across the country as a business coach and consultant, helping them refine their marketing, sales processes, and overall client experience.

Through that work, he gained a clear perspective on how retirement planning is typically delivered — and where it often falls short.

Today, he specializes in helping individuals and families approaching retirement create clear, reliable income strategies and bring structure to their financial decisions, so they can move forward with confidence and Boldly Retire.

Dillon Fairchild

Dillon serves as a Planning Associate at Bold Retirement Group. Before joining the firm, he spent nearly a decade in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, where he worked as an engineer leading process validation, quality, and operational improvement initiatives in highly regulated environments.

Through that work, he developed a systems-oriented approach to problem solving, helping organizations build processes that were accurate, repeatable, and designed to perform consistently over time.

Today, he applies that same engineering mindset to retirement planning and firm operations, helping develop planning tools, improve internal processes, and support the analytical work that drives better client outcomes.

From The Founder

“I started Bold Retirement Group because I’m passionate about helping people realize what’s possible—bringing clarity to their situation, building a real strategy, and giving them confidence in how everything fits together.

Over time, I’ve found that most families aren’t sure how to make what they’ve saved last—or are concerned about how a market downturn could impact their retirement. That uncertainty is what we work to eliminate.

Outside of work, life is full—our house of seven is nothing short of busy in the best ways. We find any excuse to go see, learn, and discover something new. We’re a curious bunch at heart. That same mindset carries into how we work with clients—understanding their story and helping them build a plan that gives them the confidence to actually do what we call Boldly Retire: to move into retirement with clarity and intention, and to live their adventure.

When you sit down with us, you’ll get a real conversation—not a pitch. You’ll walk away feeling calm, confident, and ready.”
